Yachting Pages Media Group’s (YPMG) highly anticipated superyacht app will launch in August 2017 in association with Sunseeker International.
As a world leader in providing products and services to the superyacht industry, YPMG has carried out extensive research to create an app that meets the needs of senior crew and owners sourcing suppliers and services
Steve Crowe, MD of Yachting Pages Media Group explained, “We’ve been working behind the scenes on a mobile app for some time now. The demand is certainly there.”
Out of 80 captains and senior crew surveyed at Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show 2016, 86% said they would download and use a Yachting Pages Mobile App.
Steve continued, “It was important to carry out market research, mobile apps are costly and time consuming to make, so we wanted to make sure we got it right for the industry first time.
“The aim of the app is to make the lives of superyacht captains, owners and crew easier; we believe we’ve achieved that. The App is an extension of our product range and will give users access to an extensive worldwide database of superyacht suppliers quickly and easily, both online and offline.
“We’re delighted to be working with Sunseeker. The partnership is a great fit for us. The Yachting Pages Mobile App will be available for download on both Apple and Android devices from August 2017.
