Kuala Lumpur, 13 October 2021 – Motherhood Choice Awards 2021, an award ceremony established to recognise the safest and most innovative mother and baby brands in the Malaysian market, has announced more than 100 award winners through a virtual awards event on Sunday.
From more than 700 brand entries, three product brands managed to capture the most number of votes, namely Clearblue (Best Digital Pregnancy Test), Cryocord (Best Stem Cell Bank) and TLC Green Liquid Cleanser (Best Green Liquid Cleanser). Other notable winning brands include Motherhood Parentcraft Class (Best Antenatal Class), Friso Gold (Best Premium Cow’s Milk Formula), Prudential (Mother & Baby Protection Plan), Proton X70 (Dream Family Car), Bubs Organic (Best Baby Organic Formula Milk and Weaning Product) and Farm Fresh (Best Fresh Milk).
To commend brands for their valuable contributions to the parenting community, over 6,000 voters came together for a 4-month voting process from June to September to finalise the winners Motherhood Choice Awards 2021. With a focus on products and services catered to pregnancy, maternity, baby, toddler and kids, this year’s award edition witnessed the nomination of hundreds of brand entries in over 100 categories under the four main specifications: Pregnancy, Newborn, Toddler and Family.
The Awards, which had its inaugural edition in 2019, was created to empower local parents, especially mothers, in their parenting journey by means of sharing their tried and tested feedback on deserving products, and therefore recommending them to other parents. More than celebrating brands that have helped millions of people in their journey of parenthood, this award also aims to be an impetus to motivate other brands in aspiring for excellence.

The Most Trusted Family Brands of 2021
The winning products and brands for Motherhood Choice Awards 2021 are voted by respondents based on the attributes of Trustworthiness, Quality, Value, Understanding of Customer Needs, Innovation, and Social Responsibility. Ultimately, these brands have demonstrated a deep understanding of their target consumers over the past year.
Notably, all the selected winners managed to win the hearts of Malaysian parents, but one extraordinary brand came forth as the most-trusted brand. Through continuous education and accessible information on their online platforms, the top voted brand, Clearblue, has successfully engaged with women to guide them through their journey of conceiving during these challenging times.
