Aiming to open 8 outlets by April 2022, Conscience Gourmet is offering a diverse and delicious menu offerings including pastries, dim sum, dessert and vegan options

Kuala Lumpur, 13 January 2022– Conscience Gourmet, a food and beverage (F&B) group linked to the prolific of Bake Touch & LeVain Group Malaysia, is venturing beyond their roots in F&B original equipment manufacturing (OEM), to launch five new F&B brands that will look to introduce new exciting products to consumers whilst simultaneously opening up an array of business possibilities through franchising opportunities.

The five new brands are specifically, Baketouch Microbakery – specialising in pastries, Micro Dimsum Hot Pot – offering up a variety of halal dim sum and hotpot cuisine , Firemomo – a warm and hot specialty dessert concept, Gelatoto – a quality boutique gelato parlour and Nature Touch – a vegan-centric online kitchen.

Commenting on the new foray for the Group, Pivian Liew, co-founder of Conscience Gourmet, said, “Our decision to explore a new segment of F&B was driven by our passion to provide diverse, delicious and affordable food that would satisfy the cravings of Malaysians. In total by April 2022, Conscience Gourmet will open up 8 new outlets across the new brands. However, the Group has aggressive expansion plans with targets to establish 50 outlets across the brands by 2023. These targets will be driven by franchising opportunities that are now open for all five brands.

Diverse & Delicious Cuisine

Baketouch Microbakery

Expanding upon its expertise in crafting scrumptious premium breads & pastries, Conscience Gourmet’s Baketouch Microbakery will look to deliver to-die-for pastries to foodies across the Klang Valley alongside a mouth-watering list of breakfast cuisines. Currently, Baketouch Microbakery is available at physical stores in Taipan USJ Subang Jaya and Equine Park, Seri Kembangan with two more opening this year at TTDI and Eco Ardence. You can grab their signature sourdough toast sets at the base price of RM8.90.

Micro Dimsum Hot Pot

Taking their specialty of frozen delicacies to a new exciting direction, Conscience Gourmet’s certified halal Micro Dimsum Hotpot presents diners with a dazzling array of delectable small bites and mala hot pot offerings to satisfy that warm and cozy comfort food cravings. Micro Dimsum now has secured two outlets at Setia Alam and Kajang. Their selections are priced between RM3 – RM300.

Gelatoto & Firemomo

But it isn’t all just savoury, Conscience Gourmet is also looking to bring the sweet for all those sweet tooths. Firemomo offers a variety of hot desserts including chocolates, pralines and many signature desserts for those who fancy a fancy after meal treat. Meanwhile, Gelatoto provides customers with premium frozen gelatos including exciting flavours such as Summer Tropical, Very Berry Strawberry and Coffeelicious. Gelatoto will open two outlets at Eco Ardence & Jade Hills Kajang whilst  Firemomo, will be opening its doors soon. Desserts at both brands are priced between RM5 – RM50.

Nature Touch

Looking to cater to the increasing vegan and vegetarian population, Conscience Gourmet has also launched Nature Touch, a vegan-centric online kitchen. Nature Touch looks to bring convenience, quality and affordability to vegan food with ready-to-eat and frozen vegan food products that can be ordered online and delivered to customers’ doorsteps. Nature Touch food offerings include baked goods, pao & dim sum, paste sauces and gelato.
