Rockwills International Group (Rockwills), together with Pusat Darah Negara, will be holding a Blood Donation Drive at its Business Centre on Saturday, August 20 from 9.30am till 3.00pm located at Level 10 in Menara AmFIRST, Petaling Jaya.
The blood donation is one in a series of community activities organised by the will writing and estate planning Group since 2008.
In addition to the blood donation drive, the Group will also be collecting essential items for donation to Grace Community Services Centre. The centre reaches out to the urban poor, young women with unwanted pregnancies, the homeless and destitute as well those recovering from substance abuse.
Items needed include rice, Milo, sugar, salt, coffee, tea, Maggi instant noodles, sardine, biscuits, meehoon, margarine, cooking oil, baked beans, and flour.
Donors can drop off their donation at Rockwills collection centres at Ground Floor, Menara AmFIRST, Petaling Jaya or/and at its head office in Wisma Rockwills at Jalan Klang Lama. Closing date for donation is August 19.
