The highest interest came from Singapore, followed by Indonesia, Thailand, South Korea, and Brunei Darussalam.

Malaysian domestic travelers share similar preferences, with Penang taking the second spot instead of Johor Bahru. Malaysians considering traveling abroad for New Year’s Eve are primarily searching for Bangkok, Hat Yai, Taipei, Tokyo, and Singapore.
