At the HUAWEI FreeBuds Pro 2 Malaysia Launch, HUAWEI Malaysia collaborated with Triplet Orchestra Association for a mesmerizing orchestra performance. The performance saw the recreation of enchanting tunes namely Kiki’s Delivery Service from Studio Ghibli, Violet Evergarden, and Chrysanthemum Terrace by Jay Chou.

HUAWEI FreeBuds Pro 2 features a unique ‘Ultra-hearing True Sound Dual Driver’ sound system that intelligently coordinates two drivers, making them work in perfect cohesion, for an excellent audio performance. It uses a planar diaphragm usually found in high-end earbuds to produce bright and precise treble and overtones, as well as a quad-magnet dynamic driver for medium and lower frequencies to deliver a punchier bass. The result is a wide range, from 14Hz to 48kHz[1] to truly present sound details accurately.
Equipped with ‘Triple Adaptive EQ’ technology, HUAWEI FreeBuds Pro 2 can automatically tune audio according to ear canal structure, wearing posture and volume level for personalised sound in real time. Industry-Leading Noise Cancellation Capabilities Enabled by Advanced Innovations
HUAWEI FreeBuds Pro 2 brings advanced active noise cancellation (ANC) to users. Its ‘Triple Mic ANC System’ boosts the average ANC depth by industry-leading 15%[2] compared to its predecessor, while the ‘Intelligent Dynamic ANC 2.0’ accurately identifies the external sound field environment and selects a suitable noise cancelling mode that eliminates noise for comfortable listening. Even on flights – the Intelligent Dynamic ANC 2.0 eliminates the roaring aircraft engine noises, enabling users to have quiet, peaceful journey with the exclusive aircraft noise cancellation curve.[3]
HUAWEI FreeBuds Pro 2’s new Pure Voice call noise cancellation technology that brings clear, quiet calls, is based on a 4-Mic Call Noise Cancellation system, combined with a HUAWEI-exclusive deep neural network (DNN) noise cancellation algorithm. The technology allows the

The ‘Audio Connection Centre[5]’ function on FreeBuds Pro 2 allows users to view the last 10 devices connected to the earbuds for easy switching between multiple devices. It can also be automatically detected on the Super Device screen on compatible HUAWEI PCs, tablets, phones, or Vision TVs, and connected via a simple drag and drop.

HUAWEI FreeBuds Pro 2 is small but powerful, equipped with a long battery life. With the ANC on, users can enjoy a quiet experience of up to 4 hours playback time and a total of 18 hours with the case. With the ANC off, users can enjoy 6.5 hours of listening and a total of 30 hours with the case[6].
If you’re on-the-go, the HUAWEI FreeBuds Pro 2 also supports reverse charging[7] on the earbuds case with your phone or tablet. What’s more, equipped with IP54 water splash resistance[8], the HUAWEI FreeBuds Pro 2’s performance is undeterred by rain or sweat.

[6] The battery life and charging data come from HUAWEI lab tests. During the tests, audio in AAC format was played at 50% volume level and with ANC disabled. The default settings were used for other features. Actual results may vary depending on the volume, audio source, environmental interference, product features, and usage habits.
[7] The reverse charging feature requires devices that support reverse charging.
[8] IP54 dust- and water-resistance is only applicable to the earbuds themselves, not the charging case. This device is splash, dust, and water resistant in normal conditions. It was tested under controlled laboratory conditions and got an approved rating of IP54 under IEC standard 60529. Splash, dust, and water resistance are not permanent, and the performance may deteriorate due to daily wear-and-tear. Avoid charging the device in damp environments. Liquid damage is not covered under warranty.
